1 About the service

NotPage is a simple website builder that runs right in your browser. It lets you create a Bio profile with links or a classic multi-section website, no sign-up or install required. NotPage is made and run by NotTerra.

2 Using the service

Anyone can use the service for free. By using NotPage you agree not to create content that violates applicable law, third-party copyright, or the rights of others, and not to misuse the service to attack other systems or spread harmful content.

3 Data storage

Your work-in-progress site is stored only locally in your browser's storage (localStorage). NotPage never sends your data to any server and has no access to it.

This also means that clearing your browser data, switching devices, or reinstalling your system will lose your work-in-progress site. We recommend regularly using the Export feature in the builder and backing up the file on your computer — the Import feature lets you get back to it anytime.

4 Responsibility for content

You, as the user, are solely responsible for all content you create on your site — text, links, uploaded images. NotTerra does not review or approve user content.

5 Ownership of the output

The data and the resulting page you create and export in NotPage are yours. You may freely use, modify, and upload them to your own hosting or other services.

6 Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of continuous availability or error-free operation. NotTerra is not liable for data loss, lost profit, or other damages arising from the use of NotPage.

7 Changes to these terms

These terms may change from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
